SmartDok is a system specifically developed for the building and construction industry. Our mission is to simplify and improve projects and processes for the contractors, with a system that knows how the daily life of a contractor works!
SmartDok allows you to manage work hours, operating hours on vehicles, consumption of goods, service lines and maintenance on all types of vehicles. In addition, the system gives you complete overview over inventory, documentation in forms of pictures and checklists, work routes, and even a resource planner.
Our system is web-based, with native apps for iphone and Android-phones that makes implementation easy and hassle free.
We take your trust seriously. Holding your time sheets, checklists, forms, tools and machine services is a big responsibility and we promise we'll never read, sell or distribute them without your explicit permission.
We collect information from you when you browse the site, register on the site, fill out a form or use our applications or API to to the same.

Camera and Photos. Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. The photos is not shared with anybody, and is only available within your company.
Location Information is used to verify time and location on photos taken. It is also used for sharing work task location within your company.
SmartDok use device location permissions in the following features: Geofence, Workroutes, Geotagging of photos, Road reference page, triplog, external API.
The features using location data provide a clear value by allowing you to register information needed for quality- and safetyreasons.
SmartDok collects location data to enable geofence and workroute functionality, even when the app is closed or not in use.
We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and language. We use this for support and development reasons. We do not share this with any third-party.
